Director of Food and Beverage, Europe
Gustaf Pilebjer is the Director of Food and Beverage for Europe at Marriott International overseeing Restaurant & Bar development projects across the Marriott brand portfolio.
Prior to joining Marriott, Gustaf worked as a consultant with Gorgeous Group, specializing in concept development and project management of F&B projects for international hotel brands as well as independent operators.
In 2015, Gustaf co-founded the London-based creative hospitality agency Rebel, acting as Creative and Projects Director.
His experience spans concept development, brand programming, interior and operational design development, positioning and marketing, service and operational support.
