Vernon Strachan, the corporate chef at Zsidai Group since 2016 has over 20 years F&B experience gained at prestigeous hotels from Cape Town to London. After leaving South Africa he joined Hilton London Gatwick in 2002 and by 2014 Vernon was responsible for Hilton London Canary Wharf, Hilton London Tower and Doubletree Docklands as Executive Head Chef. He was the first Hilton chef to operate three large hotels in London. During his time in London Vernon also assisted with the opening of 4 Hilton properties EMEA and he contributed to the first Jamies Italian Restaurant within a hotel in the UK.
