
Jaidev Menezes
Jaidev (“JD”) Menezes is the Regional Vice President, Mixed-Use Development for Marriott International for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). JD is responsible for the growth of Marriott’s portfolio of residential brands including The Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis, Bvlgari, W, EDITION, The Luxury Collection, JW Marriott, Marriott, Westin, Le Meridien, Autograph Collection, Sheraton, Delta, Renaissance, and Tribute Portfolio. Marriott is the world’s largest hospitality company and the world’s largest branded residences operator. JD has a successful track record over 20 years with extensive experience in both hotel and residential development across EMEA, Asia, and the Americas. Prior to joining Marriott, JD was head of global development for Emaar Properties’ hospitality division. Previously, he spent 15+ years with Fairmont-Raffles (now Accor) in development and strategy roles including his last role as Executive Director, Mixed-Use Development (EMEA). JD earned his bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and his MBA from the Ivey Business School.
