Alex is the founder of Dentons’ CIS Hotels and Leisure practice and has developed a reputation as one of the few leading experts in this field in the CIS and Central & Western Europe. He now works with Dentons’ European offices as well as those in the Middle East and Asia in representing hotel owners, lenders, developers, contractors and operators on all legal issues pertaining to hotels and hospitality properties, including land acquisition, design, development, financing, construction, management, leasing, and franchising. Alex’s key focus is the representation of the owner against all major operators that have developed respect for his approach and his focus on getting hotel deals completed.
